Battelle is seeking input on the impact of digital quality measures (dQMs) on the health care community, measure developers, and measure stewards. Battelle is interested in how dQMs will require, or not require, changes to measure endorsement and maintenance processes. Also, how can Battelle, as a consensus-based entity (CBE), support communities involved in dQM development and implementation, as they become more widely adopted.
We welcome all comments related to dQMs, the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standard, and dQM development and implementation.
Battelle is accepting commentary on dQMs, and related topics, until 11:59 PM (ET) on December 15, 2025. Battelle will include a high-level summary of the public comments received in a digital quality roadmap, currently in development. Commenters’ names and organizational affiliations will remain confidential.
