Battelle annually reviews and updates its Guidebook of Policies and Procedures for Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) and Measure Set Review (MSR) to reflect process enhancements and stakeholder feedback. The Guidebook will be finalized following a review of public comments. Public comments will be included in the final Guidebook’s Appendix.
