The MSR Recommendations Report provides a detailed analysis of the recommendations from interested parties regarding the continued use of 21 Person-Centered Care, Wellness and Prevention, Chronic Conditions and Related Acute Events, and Safety measures in Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) programs. The report also summarizes key themes that emerged from across the measure discussion that provide insight into future directions for quality measurement. These recommendations are the outcome of robust discussions from the virtual 2025 MSR Recommendation Group meeting held on October 6 and October 7, 2025.
To provide written feedback on the recommendation for any of the 21 measures, please visit the MSR Recommendations for Public Comment page.
