Number of stroke patients who make progress as defined by an increase of one or more levels on the scale the Memory Functional Communication Measure (FCM).

Number of stroke patients scored on the Memory Functional Communication Measure (FCM).
Exclusions
Exclusions
Patients discharged from speech-language pathology services after only one treatment session. Patients who are not a candidate for memory treaments as demonstrated by the highest level of functioning at admission (Level 7 on the Memory Functional Communication Measure).
